We arrange fast delivery of your order by courier. If you order before 1pm GMT, subject to stock, we aim to dispatch your items for next-day delivery within the UK.
We provide a customer satisfaction guarantee. Should there be any issue that makes the product you receive not fit for purpose you will be entitled to a refund. To date we have not had a single item returned.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by informing us of this by phone on 0207-1931930, by text/whatsapp on 0797-1112344 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. This request must be made either immediately or within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the delivery.
We will then fully refund your payment if you return the goods to us in a new, unused condition with the packaging provided. This refund payment will be made directly to the same payment method used on your order. The goods are to be returned to our address, with the return delivery cost being paid for by yourselves.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for a few specific health protection items such as face masks or shields if they have been already opened from their packaging.
